EVOLVE
Immersive marketing platform
Are you curious to know how immersive technology will help you market property?
Looma have created Evolve, an immersive marketing platform that can be tailored to your requirements and budget.
Evolve helps marketing managers from midsized property developers to sell homes before they are built.
Evolve helps you impact sales and shorten the buying cycle. It allows home buyers see what they are investing in long before their property is built, unlike the traditional marketing approaches using brochures and show homes.
We work with your architects to create a 3D Digital Model of your development and this sits at the heart of all your visual marketing. We encourage our clients to engage with us early on so that Evolve can help accelerate planning approval too.
Benefits
Virtual Reality
The ability to move around anywhere inside and outside a home. Explore furnished rooms and exteriors, removing uncertainty for home buyers.
Interactive
Bathrooms, kitchens, floors and other specifications can be integrated, with the ability to change options in real-time at the click of a button. We make it easy for home buyers to explore their options and surroundings so there are no surprises.
Sell faster
Our experiences can be deployed shortly after you have received planning approval, enabling you to market your property before the first brick is laid.
Live updates
Push notifications & updates directly to your on or off-site experience as sales progress. Highlight your homes showing real-time availability.
Elivia Homes - Evolve Case Study
Working alongside Elivia Homes (previously Vanderbilt Homes) as their digital partner we were asked to help them transition from traditional marketing to digital immersive marketing.
Lovelace Court is a Virtual Reality experience of 9 new-build apartments, created to help sell homes before the apartments had been completed.
In addition to the immersive experience, Looma also helped design a temporary pop-up immersive marketing suite, situated at the Barnard Marcus, Surbiton branch.
On the launch weekend two apartments were sold and after three weeks, five homes had been sold using Evolve.
