VANDERBILT - LOVELACE COURT

We have been working with Vanderbilt Homes over the last 4 years creating marketing brochures and lifestyle videos. Vanderbilt are a high-end home developer operating in the South of England. As their digital partner we were asked to help them transition from traditional marketing to digital immersive marketing. We were tasked to create an experience that engaged both young professionals and home buyers looking to downscale their properties within the affluent area of Surbiton.

Lovelace Court, a Virtual Reality experience of 9 new-build apartments is an experience created to help sell homes before the apartments had been completed. Features included:

  • 9 Fully furnished apartments

  • 3D modelled and textured building and environment

  • Designed to Vanderbilt material and landscaping specification

  • Ability to tour the properties’ exterior and interiors

  • Ability to roam freely within the experience

  • Full VR immersion and optional guided game controller tour

  • User tutorials

  • Training and technical support

In addition to the immersive experience, Looma also helped design a temporary pop-up marketing suite that was situated at the Barnard Marcus, Surbiton branch. This included the installation of a short throw projector, ceiling mounted speakers and a branded PC enclosure for the VR headset. The immersive suite was used by sales agents to tour prospective buyers virtually through their apartments to great success. On the launch weekend two apartment were sold and after 3 weeks, 5 homes had been sold using our technology.

Lovelace Court 360 Experience

Located between the attractive towns of Kingston upon Thames and Thames Ditton and with the historic Hampton Court Park and Palace just across the river, Surbiton plays host to a monthly Farmers’ Market whilst boasting a range of independent shops, bars and restaurants in addition to popular high-street stores. A walk along the river or a short drive to Kingston upon Thames provides more extensive shopping, leisure, dining and transport opportunities.

Surbiton train station is around ten minutes’ walk away where commuters can reach London Waterloo in as little as 17-19 minutes during rush hour, and which also provides access to the wider South Western rail network. By road, Lovelace Court is extremely well connected for easy access to Heathrow Airport and Central London as well as many of the principal Surrey towns such as Twickenham, Richmond, Epsom, Leatherhead, Weybridge, Esher, Cobham and Guildford.
